Opening Times: Watersports activities are tide dependent. Please check our Activities page to view dates and times of sessions.
Boat Building takes place 9am – 11.30am every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Please call in to see what we are working on.
Public Transport: Cullen is accessed by the 35 Stagecoach Bus Service running frequent services between Elgin via Fochabers, Buckie to Cullen and Aberdeen to Cullen via Oldmeldrum, Turriff, Banff and Macduff.
Parking: Please park at Cullen Sea School. There is plentiful free parking on the car park area in front of the sea school building. Please park responsibly and avoid parking on the entrance areas to the harbour, in Seatown or blocking any driveways or access. Bikes can be left in the sea school yard during sessions.
Changing Rooms & Toilets
Located on the first floor of the sea school building, there is an accessible, male and female changing rooms (with showers) and toilets.
There are public toilets managed by the sea school at the harbour with baby change and disabled toilet facilities.
Accessibility: The sea school building is fully accessible with a flat yard with paving slabs leading to a wheelchair accessible front door. There is a wheelchair accessible lift and stairs to get to the first floor toilets and changing rooms. There is an accessible wet room changing room. The disabled changing room is fully accessible, with a shower, toilet and sink with grab rails, easy to use taps and locks. There is an alarm should assistance be required.
Watersports sessions start/finish and take place in the harbour. The beach is accessed via the slipway slope (not steps) onto the sandy beach.
