Freelance Paddlesport Instructors
We are looking for BCAB Paddlesport Instructors or above to deliver kayak and SUP intro sessions here in Cullen Harbour.
These will be short ad-hoc sessions as the harbour can only be used for a few hours each day due to tides so would really suit applicants who are relatively local to Cullen.
These sessions are paid at £65 for the half day.
Freelance Sailing Instructor
We are looking for a candidate with a RYA Dinghy Instructor or above to deliver introduction to sailing lessons from Cullen Harbour.
These can be scheduled around your availability in line with our delivery requirements.
£180 per day.
Freelance Sea Kayak Coach
We are looking for a candidate with a BCAB Sea Kayak Coach or above to deliver introduction to sea kayak days and weekends from Cullen Harbour.
These can be scheduled around your availability in line with our delivery requirements.
£180 per day.

Since the AGM earlier this year the Board of Trustees have been busy working to develop and implement all of the strategic developments outlined in the Chair’s Report.
We are looking forward to the summer season, generating unrestricted income from water sports, equipment hire, kiosk and general fundraising activities.
This is also the time for us to start planning for next year. For this to be as innovative and productive as possible we would like to add new skills and ideas to the Board by recruiting three new trustees.
Could this be you?
Trustees lead, control and supervise a charity/SCIO’s activities, ensuring it is well run, legally compliant and achieves it charitable purposes. They are responsible for the charity/SCIO governance and strategy and their decisions have a legal and financial impact.
This is a voluntary role.

Cullen Sea School has signed up to the Young Person’s Guarantee. We are keen to help support young people and adults of any age to gain relevant work experience whether that is boat building, water sports, customer service, marketing and development work.
