The Three Harbours Association is delighted to offer meetings rooms for hire at Cullen Sea School and at the Harbour Building at Cullen Harbour.

Cullen Sea School Building and Meeting Room

The sea school building is set on a stunning sea front location with full views across Cullen Bay and the Moray Firth. The building is fully accessible with a wheelchair accessible lift to the first floor. The building has Gents and Ladies toilets, showers and changing room and a fully accessible shower/changing/toilet wet room.

The meeting room is on the first floor with views out over the sea providing the perfect backdrop for a meeting, gathering, class or party. The room has kitchen facilities including kettle, boiler and sink, lighting, power sockets and wi-fi access. The room can be set up to suit your requirements.

The sea school building as a whole is also available for exclusive use giving you exclusive use including our secure and gated yard.

Harbour Building

The building known locally as the ‘Parliament Building’ was the second major project for the Three Harbours Association and opened to the public in July 2021. The building has been fully renovated with ground floor toilets available to the public, a Harbour Kiosk operated by Cullen Ice Cream Shop and a first-floor meeting room.

The meeting room is accessible by a stone external staircase with handrail with level access once inside. The first floor has window views across Cullen Harbour and the door provides views across Cullen Bay to Portknockie and beyond. The sound of the sea will be ever present and provide the perfect ambience when you use the room. A hot water urn is available and access to fresh water on site.
